Mariam Mangioros

Speech Pathologist, MSPA. CPSP

Mariam is an experienced Speech Pathologist who graduated from Latrobe University in 2003.

Mariam holds Certified Practising Speech Pathology status with Speech Pathology Australia, and is the Principal Speech Pathologist at KoMSP. 

Mariam has worked across both government and non-government organisations. She has worked extensively alongside other Allied Health Professionals including Occupational Therapists, Dieticians, Psychologists and Educational staff. Mariam has also worked for 5 years in an established and thriving private practice where she diversified her clinical skills further and now consults at Yarra Valley Grammar School and Donvale Christian Collage in Melbourne's Outer East.

Mariam is a playful and dynamic therapist who strives to add warmth and creativity to her sessions, she is passionate about working with children of all abilities. She has an interest in working with neurodivergent children (preschool and primary aged) and is now learning and understanding the application of neuroaffirming practice in her work. She is passionate about working on functional goals that bring about meaningful change for the child. She is dedicated to partnering with children’s families, carers, educators and other allied health professionals to achieve their goals and meet their needs. 

Mariam is a wife and mum of three active people! They keep life very busy and entertaining! As a family, they love holidaying by the beach, camping and enjoying the outdoors. Mariam loves to keep active with Reformer Pilates and running and she balances this out with a love for preparing and enjoying good food and drinking good coffee (weak long black please!). Mariam is also involved in her local church community and her beliefs form part of her overall ethos around working with children - that ALL children of ALL abilities were created by God for a good purpose.
